Dr. Rao has worked under the first Plastic Surgeon of the country, Dr. Suresh Gupta who spearheaded the Plastic and Cosmetic surgery department in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He has mastered his skills in cosmetic surgery under Dr. Gupta’s supervision and acquired special training in the various procedures like Rhinoplasy, Breast surgeries and Chin reconstruction which not only needs precision and dexterity of hand but a great understanding of technique and craft. Jayshree is involved with Dr.Rao’s aesthetics since its inception. Her vast experience across various verticals arms her with the deep understanding of the business and core deliverables to clients in the field of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. With her effective communication skills and excellent relationship building, she has always been at the forefront of interpreting the needs of customer much in advance which helps DRA in being the first in many of its services to the patients.
As a methodical thinker with a flair for creativity and sound technical understanding she has been the brain behind most of our awareness creating initiatives and endeavours.
